Key Technologies

Circular Polyester
This involves collecting and recycling used clothing (all brands) made of 100% polyester. The fabric scraps from the manufacturing process are also utilized, creating a significant stock. The average composition of a circular fibre is:

• 60% fabric scraps
• 40% used clothing

The polyester is depolymerised to return to its molecular level, free of impurities. It is then re-polymerised to form polyester granules, breaking down old clothing completely and re-spinning it into new polyester thread to create fresh garments—preventing landfill waste.

Dryplay Membrane
A polyurethane blend laminate membrane that is waterproof, windproof, and breathable. Extremely durable, it keeps you dry in all weather conditions. Laboratory and field tested.

Teflon EcoElite
A PFC-Free durable water repellent treatment using renewably sourced Teflon EcoElite Technology.

Thermal Dry System
Made with recycled polyester (PE), this knit fabric lining keeps you warm and dry during activity. Its unique body mapping construction is placed where the body sweats most, efficiently wicking moisture away.

THERMAL STD
Made with thin recycled polyester fibres, this insulation provides warmth similar to down but retains heat more effectively when wet. It is lightweight and dries quickly. The heavier the weight in grams, the warmer the insulation.

Coremax Lining
Recycled polyester micro-fleece panels are integrated into the next-to-skin lining, offering extra warmth and breathability where you need it most.
