Swix CH3X Cold Powder is a synthetic hydrocarbon powder wax designed to increase the durability of primary waxes and protect bases from ice abrasion. Created with the coldest conditions in mind, this extremely hard powder can withstand the abrasion caused by fine-grained, extremely cold snow. Sprinkle a generous serving on your bases while the primary wax is still a liquid, then iron in with one more pass and scrape/brush as you normally would.
