Returns & Exchanges
Thank You for purchasing from Bahnhof Sport. Any exchanges or returns must be completed within 14 days of the order date. Items received for return after 14 days may be refused or charged a re-stocking charge. Returns of merchandise purchased on sale must be received within 2 weeks. If you find the need to exchange or return merchandise to us, all tags and labels must be attached and the item must be unworn. Please make sure any paperwork or instructions are in the box.
To Return Merchandise:
1) Complete the return form
a) Enter the reason return code to the left of each item returned
b) Complete the exchange/refund information
2) Enclose the return form in the package with your merchandise. Seal it for shipping. Affix the pre-addressed return label on the outside of the package.
3) Return your parcel through a Fed Ex or UPS terminal (ground service). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.
a)If we made a mistake on your order, your return service shipping charge will be reimbursed.
b) Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.
c) Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
4) Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. Bahnhof Sport reserves the right to require proof of return shipment, in the form of a receipt, to credit your account.
Replacement items that are in stock should reach you within 1-2 weeks of receiving the return. The appropriate credit or refund will be issued when your return is processed.
* If your item was damaged during shipment keep the original shipping carton and call 866-451-9425. A claim with the shipper will be filed.
**20% Restocking charge on any Ski, Snowboard or Binding that is returned.
